Refund Policy – SA Bangla Travels
1. Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, your application and file processing must not have been started by SA Bangla Travels.
Refund requests must be made within 03 days after receiving the file, and refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days after approval of the refund request.
If we have already paid your visa fee, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the visa fee.
In case of visa services for certain countries, if your visa application is not approved, you may receive a full refund. This will be clearly communicated at the time of file submission.
In case of airline ticket refunds, the refund will be processed according to the airline or ticket provider’s refund policy.
2. Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team via our email or WhatsApp, along with your invoice number and detailed explanation of the issue.
Our team will review your request and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund within 5–7 working days after approval, please check your bank account or mobile financial service (MFS) again and contact your bank or payment provider. Processing time may vary depending on the provider.
If you still have not received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us via WhatsApp or email for further assistance.
4. Changes to this Refund Policy:
SA Bangla Travels reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
